I could not fault Adrian’s services from start to finish. I first called Adrian for advice on selling / renting my property. Adrian came around to view my place, he helped me weigh up my options, suggested some small improvements if I was to sell which I decided to do. Adrian stayed in close contact as I made some improvements (coat of paint and new carpet) and he had the photographer ready for photos and had it on the market all within days of me having the property ready. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable of the market and the area, proving this by selling my property in the first home open and for the exact amount I was wanting.
