Recently we settled on Inglewood property (Sep 2019) with Adrian Loh from Raywhite. We are lucky and pleased with Adrian depth of knowledge on properties (given), loan and every bits related to buyer's point of view. Throughout the process we find that we can trust him and gave us independent opinion and advice. Case in point, he help us to speak up with the seller regarding a concerning issue from our Building Inspection report. Though the issue do not qualify as structural issue (non-obligation from seller) he presented out concern promptly and lucky for us the seller willing to fix it.
