Adrian helped the reviewer sell this property

Enthusiastic and friendly agent!

Adrian is an enthusiastic and friendly agent. We were impressed by the organization and processes his agency had in place, as well as his engagement and communication with us throughout the process. It’s a tough market out there at the moment and he managed to sell our house within a couple of weeks for a fair price given the state of the market. We appreciated his friendly character and commitment to our sale, holding multiple home opens even midweek and negotiating the buyers up from their initial offers and keeping us in the loop throughout, it made it easy for us so thanks Adrian!
