We met Adrian early on our 6 month search for a new house & over time we kept bumping into Adrian, who became more than an acquaintaince to us, unlike the many other agents we dealt with over this period. He made himself aware of our needs, and was quick to offer help in our search, including advising us to use local agents who might be better able to provide service to us. However in the end he was able to offer us a place which 'ticked all the boxes' & we were comfortable that we'd found 'the one'. Adrian was very helpful getting the paperwork sorted while we were overseas, & was quick to respond to any enquiry and was just so easy to deal with & made a complex process a little more bearable. We would highly recommend Adrian for any real estate needs, and he will definately be in the very small list of agents that we would consider in any further real estate transactions
