We have the pleasure of knowing Adrian for a few years from his role in a previous Industry where among his many talents, one thing that stood out was his professional and courteous commitment to customer focus and service. For a recent property sale engagement, Adrian took the time to drive out and go over the property including researching the surrounding area before presenting a detailed appraisal. On listing the property with him, he kept in contact throughout the period of sale including conducting and attending open house inspections every weekend and providing weekly written marketing updates. As a vendor, the desire to be kept informed was high on our agenda and Adrian certainly lived up to our expectations. We appreciated the extra efforts he put into selling our house (eg: spending time with window shoppers, the follow up, the advertising write up, keeping the current tenant updated, etc). Adrian’s respect for our goals with selling our property and getting us what we wanted out of this was the biggest and maybe the best part of the service he offered.
