I had a terrific experience with contracting Adrian as my selling agent. He helped with initial list price and small changes to the property to lift the appearance and saleability, with minimal outlay. His advice was well received and knowledgeable and I had no hesitation with proceeding with sole agency. I achieved as close to the asking price that I was happy with after only 1 open house inspection. He updated me with proceedings along the way to settlement and any queries etc. from the purchaser were handled quickly and efficiently. There were a few laughs along the way and I appreciated his advice and guidance. Best decision ever!
