What was obvious to me was his passion and love for what he does; his astute research and knowledge of the variables in the marketplace and his brilliance in handling anyone! I’m writing this review for Adrian Oddi retrospectively. The result he achieved in April for our terrace was exceptional and his ability to read the market was spot on. At the time my wife and I were undecided whether we should consider the offer that the campaign had produced. Adrian assured us it was a strong offer and that the market was likely to turn later in the year, which would put us in a more favourable buying position. We trusted his advice & are ultimately very happy.

We initially took comfort in Adrian’s track record in the neighborhood and how well regarded he is in the community. He understood not just his own/firms listings but competing listings extremely well, including the current interested buyers and under bidders on recent sales. The market really shifted as we were about to list and Adrian talked us through that sentiment shift and managed expectations well.
