An unfaltering sales strategy

I met Adrian just before I was about to list with someone else and had him through the property for a second opinion. From the initial catch up, I knew immediately that he brought something different to the table in regards to his sales strategy. He saw my home as a unique offering and could clearly see what would set it apart from the competition and articulated how he was going to draw on its best selling features. He sold the 'database' which is an addition anyone can sell, but the real point of difference was his team. They utilised buyer management relationships above a database to leverage connections. Each member of his team had a different relationship with buyers, so they each worked together to strengthen the sale. Each member of the team was engaged and I had no doubt that they had the ability to back Adrian in the sale. He proposed a very tailored sales strategy and made sure that no stone was unturned and two of the eventual bidders were both discussed on the initial pitch, showing that the conversation around relationships was more than just a spiel. He is calm, supportive and engaging and unlike many agents, uses his volume based listing strategy to cross-pollinate buyers to his vendors homes. I made the right decision and highly recommend anyone thinking of selling to meet with Adrian and his team.
