Adrian, from our first meeting provided honest overview of the neighbourhood, comparable sales and gave us a realistic sales plan, and pricing that was achievable. The written information was clear and he took time to ensure we understood the contract , the process of the sale including his personal service in regard to handling the sale, being at the open days and not passing this duty onto a junior sales person and reaping the commission. He fitted with our meeting times and rarely did he not answer his phone which was great for us as we live overseas.
