In early 2016 Adrian was presented with an opportunity to become Principal as well as an owner and director of Coastwide First National. Adrian has embraced this opportunity with enthusiasm and is excited by the challenge of growing an already successful business and mentoring the team of staff around him. Beyond the office Adrian can be found enjoying time with his beloved family with wife Elle and son Oliver. Together they enjoy the beachside lifestyle or barracking for his beloved Central Coast Mariners and the Sydney Swans. He's also an avid skier and loves nothing more than a weekend on the slopes. Travelling is a favourite past time having explored many places including South America, Europe, North America and Asia

It's REAL easy to deal with Adrian

We first met with Adrian Simpson in Sept 2014 when we purchased an investment property and our buying experience was 10/10 he’s very professional and very honest we were so happy with the service when we decided to sell our family home we contacted Adrian and we sold our family home for a great price and it only took a few weeks in the middle of Covid19 so once again we are very happy, I jump online to write this review and I see the buyer has also left a great review!

I'd recommend Adrian to anyone.

Adrian made the process of selling my father's property, after he'd passed away last year, such an easy process. He is relaxed, friendly and down to earth but also extremely professional in his role as agent. After making my decision to use Coastwide First National, Adrian had the house listed and on the market in just a few days. He took the time to listen and understand my situation and considered my needs very well. He communicated well and kept me up to date all the way. Outstanding Agent.
