Having been in the real estate industry for over a decade, I had very high expectations when it came to selecting an agent. Seeing as this was out of my area, I spoke with a number of local agents about the home and from the beginning Adrian impressed me with his knowledge, honesty and professional yet down to earth approach. He assisted us greatly in getting the home ready by arranging works to be done at short notice and even tidying up before the open house. The home was vacant and near by the office so Adrian was regularly checking on it and providing me with updates which was great seeing as we did not live locally.
