We found Adrian to be polite and punctual & knew the area and surrounding suburbs giving correct info on the area that we lived. Adrian sold our house in 2 home opens taking a lot of pressure off us. Adrian was extremely professional and helpful in every way throughout the process of purchasing our property. At our first viewing he was informative and knowledgeable and provided answers to all our questions. As the negotiations progressed he was the conduit to the buyer regarding further information and the building inspection process. He was also our initial link to the settlement agents and ensured the process went seamlessly. After settlement and the transfer of ownership of the property Adrian continues to provide ongoing assistance by referring us to local service providers in the area.
