Adrian helped the reviewer sell this property

100% committment to selling our home to achieve the best result for us in a very short time

Adrian met with us at our home on 23 July and settlement went through on 30 September. During that 84 day time period he and the team at Summit Realty and MG settlements handled every aspect of the transaction professionally and promptly and with great efficiency. Adrian and Logan showed many interested viewers through our house. After each appointment they provided us with detailed feedback and gave us in depth assessments of whether potential offers could be possible. As the process of selling the house proceeded, we raised many questions with Adrian and if he was not immediately available, he returned calls quickly. While maintaining his extremely pleasant communication style, he was always professional, extremely knowledgeable and provided helpful and insightful answers promptly. He also resolved some unexpected delays with calmness and professionalism and had suggestions for possible backup plans should they have been needed. We are very grateful to Adrian and the sales and settlement teams for handling this process and for guiding us through the procedural issues in the successful sale of our beautiful home.
