I was referred to Adrian by a friend who’d very recently sold their unit for a block record (even higher than the similar unit a level up). I was impressed by the statistical approach Adrian and his team take. They had all the numbers to back up their recent performance, along with a no nonsense and calm approach. Throughout the process we had to handle covid pressures amid a lockdown. Adrian crushed it and remained calm and confident throughout. We got a result about 8-10% higher than I expected (based on recent sales history within the building). Again, Adrian achieved another unit complex price record for 2 beds, 1 bath.
