Adrian was a really refreshing real estate agent and easy to deal with. I really appreciated his open, caring and considerate approach in selling what was a more unique and challenging property. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the current state of the market, he has the most comprehensive and up to date statistics of any agent I've dealt with in the past and uses it it his advantage, enabling us to immediately pivot the strategy when the market turned. He achieved a really strong result in a rapidly changing and challenging market which other real estate agents weren't able to do with other similar sized properties in the area. Even though he is one of the directors of the agency, he was always very visible, kept me well informed and was very hands on throughout the sales campaign. I couldn't have asked for more. I was recommended Adrian by friends who had used Adrian and some who, in hindsight, wished they used Adrian instead of the big brands. You certainly don't need a big brand name backing you up. His skills, experience and a dynamic team certainly surpass the service I've had from the big brands in the past. I highly recommend Adrian and his team.
