Living interstate we engage Adrian to sell our unit, and it was the best thing we could have done. Adrian communicated everyday, made suggestions to make the process easy, and negotiated on our behalf to get so much more than we expected and the market had previously been getting for units in the same building block. He communicated with the tenants to ensure they were comfortable and happy with marketing program as well. He is our agent of the year by far.
