Adrian and his team are amazing, Adrian goes above and beyond to help. During the sale of my property I always felt that I could call and discuss things. I had faith that if there was any interest in my property it would be followed up quickly, which has not been my experience with other agents in the past and currently as a potential buyer. I find it extremely frustrating that all agents aren't like Adrian and his team. We had been hunting in the Bilgola area for 2-3 years with no luck. Prices moving at a faster rate than the bank could keep up. Also we got outbidded at one auction - with many bidders. Adrian was sympathetic to our situation - even though he is paid by the vendor, not the buyer. However- if he can bring both the seller and buyer together in a win win - then we all benefit - as in our case - in the end. Our purchase has some compromises - but overall it ticks almost all the boxes and feels just right. We appreciate his approach.
