The decision to select the right agent for the sale of my home was quite daunting....in the end I went with my intuition - I noticed that when playing out various imaginary sales scenarios in my mind, even before I had consciously selected my representative, it was always Adrian fulfilling the role. Decision made! Adrian is a genuine and unpretentious character who is incredibly well-informed about the area he covers. He inspires confidence and is always greatly respectful. His availability was beyond anything I had experienced before in previous house sales. His communication skills are really excellent. I went with all Adrian's advice regarding presentation of the property and the results were absolutely amazing. There was a sense of teamwork between us which I greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate in recommending Adrian most highly to anyone.
