Adrian Watchorn

We didn't actually ever speak to Adrian. He was at the first open home for the property when we were, but was engaged with an older couple the whole time. We dealt exclusively with Martin Richardson and he was wonderful. He explained this well and without making us feel stupid (we were first time home buyers and very naive). He also went above and beyond in both organising an extra inspection time for us, meeting us on a Sunday (Mother's day) to go through the contract (which he talked us through step by step) and he is also organising for us to get a photo with a sold sign because it was prematurely taken down.

Helpful and punctual

Adrian is a quiet but approachable person, we first met him at an open house inspection where he sought out our requirements, as soon as he had a property that he thought fitted our needs he contacted us immediately. He was always available and kept us updated on the progress of our offer. We were very happy with the service he provided to us. We would highly recommend him.

Adrian doesn’t talk a lot but he weighs his words when he answers my questions. As a new settler who bought a house in Australia for the first time, it was a great experience being with Adrian.

Adrian was excellent at putting our minds at ease as we underwent the process of buying our first house. He was easily contacted at all times and was happy to answer any questions we had. We would recommend Adrian very much.

Slow market, not much interest. But sold the house in the end.
