Market knowledge - Adrian Wood was clearly well informed of the market in general and of the nearby ares, citing sales on nearby areas such as Albert Park and related areas as well as recent local sales, together with overall market movements, and options within the auction process. Communication - Adrian had a clear knowledge of sale communication options and their various strengths and effectiveness, with advice on each. As for professionalism, Adrian mobilised teams for pulicity and advising and executing tidying up the property for encouraging positive sale results. The refreshing on the interior must have had a positive effect on the buyer, who appears to have plans to move in early. As for professionalism, Adrian had several suggestions for quickly getting on with, inter alia, the pulicity to the buying public, the advice on final date of auction after the pre-sale improvements, legal side - contract of sale / converancing, which resulted in smooth process. Particularly useful was the frequest communications by whatsapp to me the seller (and including my son who has qualifications and experience in real-estate) on updates and discussions during in the leadup to the sale, and during the auction process. This included during a pause of the bidding, when a compromise between buyer's and seller's expected outcomes was sought, resulting in a result acceptable to both sides.
Adrisn took over after a less than satisfactory experience with a local agent who failed to sell the property. He made several suggestions to make the property more saleable, all of which I accepted and it sold at very close to the figure he told me to expect. He was very personable and prompt throughout and a delight to work with. I unreservably recommend him as a genuine and excellent agent.
