Adriana and the team have been amazing, the attention to detail and constant contact from them has been spot on. Living thousands of km from the property, we needed some one to take control, which they did faultlessly. The treatment of not only us but care for the tenants ensured the tenants were happy, we looked good as landlords. The result, was great long term tenants, minimal remarking fees and so one. A fantastic result. We moved our property to Adriana and team within 6 months of purchasing due to the other agent lacking in detail, communication, and tenant care. Friends were amazed at the level of service we getting compared to their agents. Cannot recommend them enough, the last property mangers you will ever need
