Adriano was amazing to work with. On the day I viewed my property there was some confusion, due to me, relating to viewing a property that I was interested in. Adriano managed in under two hours to arrange an appointment, get permission to view the property, show me around the property and provide all the necessary information regarding the property, both good and bad to make an informed decision. Once I decided to make the purchase, a pest inspection recommended a small adjustment be made to the hot water system pipe i.e. extend a pipe into the garden. Although a 5 minute job for a plumber, Adriano did it himself saving me the cost of a call out fee. He kept me informed all the way thru the process and made sure all deadlines were meet.
