After meeting Adriano at a few open inspection I found him to be very knowledgeable about the area and market which I found very helpful as well as the fact that he wasn't like most of the other agents where they keep on pestering you after you've seen a property, he would ask for feed back and that was it, he would also let you know of any other property in your price range.
