Adriano was always a pleasure to deal with, he was honest and reliable in his approach to getting the best outcome for our property. He made some suggestions of how to achieve the best result, the first one being, going to Auction instead of private sale. The Auction proved to be a very successful one and did exceed our expectations. Also, maximising the house's potential by making it look more attractive to buyers but not overcapitalising. Personally, we had some painting, styling and minimal landscaping done from his wonderful Team, which we were very happy with at a reasonable cost. He was always punctual at every open, even though he had to travel further out and worked late nights. He would always keep us informed after every open and if any interest had been shown on the day by a prospective buyer, then he would always follow up and keep in touch with any prospective buyer. Arrogant, bullish and rude. Disrespectfully removed the sign before I had a chance to get a sold photo, a major milestone in a first home purchase. The agency offered to photoshop something up. i decided against having my image next to their brand. Poor effort in having the house clean for sale. I was given keys that didn't work. Dishwasher wasn't in working order. Avoid this guy and MyAgent realestate.
