I found Adriano knowledge of the property he was selling terrible questioned I asked he made up which I caught him out on a few times , trying to play the market with offer accepted then ringing and saying they had another offer trying to get more money when the offer never existed , contracts not up to date . To be completely honest will never use him or recommend him
