I found that Bonnie's marketing was not to my satisfaction in regards to her price expectations, also her negativity to the communication towers next to property. I was unhappy with some of the photos of the property and the also some of the marketing description of the property. Bonnie not just sold this place she actually sold it twice unfortunately first time round the purchaser passed away before settlement.
