His knowledge of the local market was thorough and he achieved a quick sale, at the asking price, with minimum marketing costs over the Xmas / New Year period too. Throw in Covid19, border closures, a heap of stress in moving an elderly parent from Bundy to Aged Care in Adelaide, and selling from interstate, it was a sure fire recipe for a nightmare but Brent handled it wonderfully.
