Brent was recommended to us by relatives that had sold a house through him and also by a bank manager that my brother knew. My mother had moved to a nursing home in Gladstone and we had to sell her home in Bundaberg and as my brother and I had Power of Attorney and as he lives in Toowoomba and I live on the Sunshine Coast it was quite difficult at times dealing with the sale of her home.
