Brent explained the whole process and went through all the paperwork step by step. He was an integral part in negotiating with the buyers the price we wanted, and got it! He kept in constant contact during the conveyance and when things went wrong, tried to assist in any way he could. In the end, the sale was effected and Brent arrived with beers of congratulations :)

We decided to sell our house with Brent after buying a property through him and his team. Brent guided us through the process and it was truly a smooth experience, with a quick sale. His professional and friendly manner was very comforting when buying and selling, and we would highly recommend.

I first used Brent for the sale of my deceased mothers house. It was being sold through the Public Trustee ,but having already known Bent and found he was a reliable and no nonsense professional in his field , I requested he be considered and be appointed as one of the three agents to sell the property. The property was evaluated by all three agents, Brent valuation was the more realistic (The others were below market value). After several offers lower than their valuations coming in from the other agents Brent presented me with a buyer who offered more than his estimated sale sale price. the house was sold for approx $15000 more than the other offers. The house was sold, it took 6 weeks. Brent knows the market extremely well for our area and was able to connect the right buyer to the house they required. We then used Brent to help us purchase our new "Sea Change" house. Although many of the properties we looked at were not listed by him ,Brent was more than willing to make contact for us with the other agents and offered us his significant knowledge and sound advice on the homes and places we were interested in. The house we purchased was less than 2 years old , is no more than a 3 min walk to the beach and was purchased at a price significantly less than it cost to build. We are enjoying the life style change along with our children and grandchildren who are all regular visitors.
