It achieved a price in line with their campaign advice and higher than originallly expected. I found their advice and support top rate and both worked hard to make sure I got a good price for my property. This gave me great confidence in dealing with them. Too often in real estate a number of agents try to get a quick sale to the detriment of the vendor. At no stage did I feel Ty or Afanco were trying to do that.
