Brett and the team met our expectations fully except in the final stages of negotiation, when we felt the team wasn’t pushing as hard as we would have liked to secure the maximum sale price - we felt pressured to agree to an amount, which was less than what we finally agreed. The low offer was recommended for acceptance, without substantial evidence as to why it was value. However, the sale process went smoothly with a very concise campaign and very polite and considerate service all the way.
Brett looked after me from start to finish. He was available, open, honest and genuine throughout. He did not judge me or my circumstances and showed me the same respect I’m sure he shows all of his clients.
