Brett was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the market for this sale. He was prepared for initial discussions with us and gave his expert advice from our first interaction. He was always easy to talk as the sale progressed. We are confident in Brett and his team and would highly recommend Hayman Partners.

Brett Hayman and his team at Hayman Partners are outstanding professionals witin the Canberra Real Estate market. Their market knowledge, meticulous planning and regular updates resulted in an oustanding result in a difficult market. Brett is someone you can recommend with your family's largest asset, and the emotional journey of selling a property. I highly recommend Brett and the team at Haymans with any property you require assistance with in the Canberra market.

We had a great experience with Brett and the Hayman Team. His market knowledge and auction experience helped take the stress out of the selling process. Brett also assisted with co-ordinating the presentation of the house with styling, cleaning, gardening and photography. We were kept up to date with interest, inspections and progress. Brett, Marty and Grace went above and beyond with their assistance in selling the house. We would definitely recommend using Hayman Partners.

We had a great experience with Brett and the team from start to finish. We got a good price for our place, under fairly difficult circumstances, and not only were we treated well, with sensible advice and regular communication throughout the process, but potential buyers were also treated with respect. Brett's market knowledge is great, but his long experience in managing and closing a sale was invaluable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brett (and the team), they're organised, professional and great at helping you navigate the process.

The Hayman team maintained a cheerful and positive outlook throughout the process. We were kept informed on the progress through exhibitions and private showings, and gave us professional advice and support. They organised the stylists, and generally did their best to make the sale.

We have sold 4 properties with Brett and team Hayman. Our unique property this time required a different approach in which Brett provided great advice and tailored the sales strategy to maximise the effect. Grace made all the backend components run smoothly and helped us tick all the boxes. I would highly recommend Brett and Team Hayman and see them as one of the best in Canberra and its surrounds.

We selected Hayman Partners to market and sell our property following a meeting with Brett Hayman. Brett and his team listened to our requirements and offered sensible advice on the marketing of the property. What we remember foremost is that Brett and his team promptly followed through on the commitments they made and this made the process of selling our property painless.

Great experience in selling our house. A lot of great recommendations that really helped and couldn’t be easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone

From the outset, Brett's advice was timely, relevant and professional, and was communicated clearly. The sale process was smooth and trouble free. Highly recommended.

We’ve rented, bought, managed and sold through Hayman Partners and recommend them on all fronts. Timely communication, frank advice and results.

Brett, Grace and team were a professional, attentive and reliable team to work with. They understand the market intimately, and dedicate themselves 100% to customer service. We found Brett & Grace always contactable, positive, and fun to work with. They gave us the right information to make an informed choice, whilst proactively marketing our house. We hope to buy our next house through Hayman Partners and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Brett was fully engaged from the first meeting for an appraisal to after the successful sale. No issue was too small or too difficult for him to address. His engagement and information was always timely, helpful and comprehensive. No vendor would be disappointed if they engage Brett to sell their home. We can not recommend him highly enough.
