Brett came to our initial, and only, meeting extremely well prepared. He, and later his partner Martin were very friendly and patient with someone who had no idea of what to do when selling a house. They were also doing everything possible to facilitate a "no contact" sale in the middle of lockdown. Brett was very, very quick to take advantage of the crazy market and sold the house well before the Auction date at a most acceptable price. He was very keen to sell as soon as possible and I don't think the house even really made it to market. He probably would have slowed down if asked. Maybe. He's very enthusiastic.
