Some auctions run themselves but ours went to negotiation off the bat. Brett was able to skilfully move between both parties to reach a middle ground that satisfied everyone. He gave us enough time to make decisions while still touching base regularly. We have no doubt that were it not for Brett's negotiating ability, we would not have been able to purchase the house we did.

Brett first gave us advice a year ago that we would be better served waiting another year before selling.
