Brett, Martin and Emily were a pleasure to work with! Reliable and professional. Nick and I would have no hesitation in recommending Team Hayman. Thank you!

We have recently sold our second property through Brett and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Brett and his team were professional and easy to deal with through the whole process. They kept us informed throughout the campaign and guided us through the sale process until we had an acceptable offer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brett and his team at Hayman Partners to get the right result for your property sale. Thanks to Brett, Marty & Emily

Brett is very experienced and got us an excellent result. There was some confusion about payments for the commission with us and our solicitor.

Good communication, kept me up-to-date constantly. There was an issue with the settlement date and Brett sorted it quickly and professionally.

Brett was very professional in his preparation and handling our house sale. He was very supportive when we had some concerns about the whole process of selling. He provided good advice at all times.

Martin, Emily and Brett made a great team. They delivered the outcome I was seeking and the consistently positive service experience was appreciated as selling a house can be a stressful time.

We would highley recommend Brett Hayman and his team to all our friends and family. We were impressed with the overall professionalism, communication, negotiation skills and quality service received from the entire Hayman Partners Team. Thank you Brett.

I have always thought that the requests from rate my agent on exchange a bit premature as in my experience a good agent is able and willing to continue to assist both buyers and sellers during the process up until settlement. My property has yet to settle, but I can confirm that we have appreciated the continuing assistance of Brett and his team in liaising with the buyers on various matters. The market suddenly turned just as our house went on sale, but Brett and his team were able to find the right buyer at a realistic price, which, although less than we had originally aimed for, was a satisfactory outcome in the circumstances, which was achieved thanks to Brett and Team Hayman.

When I decided to rent, and then sell, my house, I chose Brett Hayman as my agent. Of the several agents I interviewed, he came across as personable, honest, up-front, realistic and helpful. He also has integrity which was missing with many others. Although the sale took slightly longer than expected initially, I was very happy with the sale price and more than happy with the way Brett and Lauren worked to attain the sale. (My listing unfortunately coincided with a down-turn in the housing market.) After every open house, I was promptly informed of who had been through and what comments they made. Through Brett's intimate knowledge of the market in Canberra, he was able to give me wise advice on varying the price/advertising etc. It was a pleasure to work with Brett and Lauren and I would happily recommend Hayman Partners to anyone looking to sell a home.

We were with another agent who didn’t sell our home. We switched to Brett, who was professional from day one. He kept us informed throughout the process. He secured a sale price we were happy with. We highly recommend Brett to anyone looking to sell.

We have used Brett and his team to sell a number of our properties and are always happy with the service and advice he provides.

Brett, Martin and the rest of the Hayman team worked tirelessly to get a great sales result for us! Even when the market slowed the Hayman team kept the momentum going and kept us thinking positive. They have helped us launch into a new chapter in our lives and we are very greatful for thier patience and determination. Great work team!
