As buyers we were very happy with Brett and his team. We felt that they were open and honest, extremely polite and very obliging. Would highly recommend Brett and Peter Blackshaw woden.

Brett is down to earth and honest and doesn’t waste time on banter. He is an excellent communicator and thoroughly organised. Brett kept us informed every step of the sales journey. The marketing campaign was professional and successful. We were very pleased with the outcome. We have encountered Brett previously in buying a property, that’s why we chose him as our agent to sell a property. Brett lived up to all our expectations. He was realistic and made good on every promise. If I was to market Brett, I would say “what you see is what get: Brett!” Our experience with Brett, Martin, Emily and the team was positive all the way. We highly recommend him as an agent to anyone.

We chose Brett and Martin to sell our property as they offer an experienced A grade service for the very competitive Woden/Weston and fringe region. Our expectations were met or exceeded from the first meeting right through to the sale of the property. Communication was fantastic - clear, honest and regular. We achieved our target price within a short timeframe - and highly recommend them and the team at Peter Blackshaw Woden & Weston Creek.

Brett & his team at Blackshaw's were so professional and knowledgeable re the sale of our Curtin house - which lead to a quick and stress free sale. He has many years experience in the Canberra market and his local knowledge is unrivalled. He is friendly and an excellent communicator, so was able to negotiate a great outcome for us. We'd highly recommend the team at Blackshaws.

We found Brett to be most professional in guiding us through the process of selling our home. Brett kept us well informed about potential buyers' feedback and provided suggestions as to how we might maximise the sale price. I would strongly recommend Brett as an agent.

Brett, Martin and Emily are a fantastic team to work with. Highly knowledgeable and responsive, they made the process of selling our home far easier and less stressful than we were expecting. We greatly appreciated their frank advice and follow through on commitments. Would definitely engage their services again.

Brett Hayman and his team at Blackshaw Real Estate, Curtin, were very professional in the selling process, from the initial appraisal through to the actual sales process. The consultations were unhurried and provided time for discussion and questions. When the time arrived for a decision to sell, sales and marketing options were offered, and again discussion was encouraged. The actual sales process from marketing and open days to auction day, was handled very professionally. Highly recommended as an agent.

Brett Hayman and the team at Peter Blackshaw's Woden and Weston Creek recently handled the sale of our former home after it had been rented out for some years. We very much appreciated their professionalism, efficiency and timeliness in advising prior to engagement, marketing, inspections and auction. They made it a painless exercise.

Brett’s team did a great job preparing our rental property for sale. The price we received in the end was above expectations. I would be happy to recommend Brett to others.

Thank you to Brett Hayman and his team for all your great efforts leading up to the auction and the fantastic sale result. The whole process was organised and smooth including Brett's strategic approach towards the buyers and the sale. We also enjoyed his sense of humour and friendly approach throughout the whole process. Once again thanks for a great result.
