Our experience of Brett Hayman is as a prospective home buyer and, ultimately and with Brett's assistance, as a buyer. It's a rather obvious fact that an agent's primary duty is to do the best to secure a good outcome for their principal; the seller. However, throughout our dealings with Brett in buying our home, I found him to be very considerate of our needs as potential buyers and he was always courteous and polite. In our conversations with him, Brett demonstrated his obviously broad knowledge of real estate and, in particular, the aspects of the property we ultimately bought that were relevant to our needs.
