Brett was very pleasant to purchase from. He knew the property and the market well, and could answer any question. He was also very responsive both on the phone and e-mails.

Was mostly dealing with Martin Faux through the whole process of buying a property from them. The property is good however there are a few small issues with dealing of the property. The house is quite large with numerous features but a lot of the instructions for how to use and operate these features are missing. Some of the features are simply faulty. Granted this wasn't really the agent's fault. However can't help but wish this whole process was easier rather than a lot of testing and finding out for ourselves. Even breaking things along the way when some simple instructions could have helped a lot. Especially with modern homes there are a lot of electronics and features with a house which would require specific instructions, so perhaps something to consider in the future.

I consider the management of the sale of my house at Downer by Bret was excellent. The sale was conducted in a very professional manner. Every action was prompt and efficient. The price achieved was above my expectations and the sale was concluded prior to auction.

We had only a short time period with Brett, but we feel that he's quite honest and reliable. He's an agent that I would recommend to others.

Brett helped us at the auction where we bought our first home. He was courteous, professional and diligent in communications with the owners on the day.

Brett was the seller's agent for the first property we have purchased at auction. Brett, together with the auctioneer Martin, made clear the terms of the auction and sale, and responded promptly to queries we had about the property prior to the sale. Brett and Martin are well-informed about the inner South/Woden market.

Brett was a pleasure to work with and deal with.

gday brett thanks for yours and martin help recently , much appreciated I am still srtuggling and am getting desperate on the Chifley place now. I would like to catch up soon and see what can be done . but thanks again for all your hard work. regards mick ginman

Brett was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgable and professional and very focussed on what we wanted to achieve. He made the whole process of selling our house stress free! I would definitely recommend Brett and would use him again.

Brett and his team communicated with us throughout the sale period. He advised us as to how the selling would unfold and how the auction would proceed. Brett was extremely helpful putting us in touch with trades people and organising their access to the house in our absence. He sold or house inside the period he said he would. I happily recommend Brett for real estate sales

Got 30,000 more than final bid

Brett achieved an outstanding result for us with the sale of our home in Curtin. in both buying and selling we will not look past Brett Hayman for anyone to handle these major investment decisions.
