We have both purchased a property from Brain and sold through Brian. Making a purchase through Brian was simple and the help we received was informative and easy to understand. Selling through Brian had some hiccups along the way and we felt more could of been done on the marketing side (considering the cost of marketing compared to similar agents). The photography was good but we feel some key features were missed or not show to the full potential. However, Brian worked hard to secure a sale during a challenging time in the market, and we appreciated his persistence and calm work ethic. All the agents at Whitemans were professional and helpful and we wish them luck in the future.
