Initial dealings saw salesmen being salesmen so no surprises there. Had what could only be described as severe communication issues throughout the process topped off through our many attempts to settle the property. Planned to pick the keys up after the property settled and we’re left sitting out the front for 45 minutes unable to contact Brian due to a ‘Bad reception area’ calls to fellow agents weren’t responded to with the exception of one who brought the keys over fifteen minutes later. Calling this process a miserable experience is giving it a compliment.
