Our home was very unusual as it was totally of the grid, with solar panels, a back-up generator and rainwater tanks. Brian was so interested to find out how it all worked so that he could explain it to prospective buyers. He was really enthusiastic! He gave us suggestions and tips on how to present our property in the best possible way. He also has a lot of real estate knowledge and he is realistic about current prices.
