We have dealt with Cara several times with our property transactions. Cara and her team are extremely organised, professional and nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking to buy or sell I would highly recommend Cara and her team! Thanks so much for your help finding our new home :)

Excellent service, I recommend her

Cara Bergmann achieved an Amazing result for me. She found a buyer without going onto the internet. I sold for over $80000 More than the highest value that 2 other local agents came said I would get.

Always a pleasure dealing with Cara very friendly and I look forward to dealing with her more into the future.

From a buyers perspective, Cara made the whole process of purchasing very easy. She was very responsive to any questions, and always willing to assist. The contract negotiation was quick and painless. I would recommend Cara and definitely think of her should we sell in the future.

Cara made the process of buying a house so easy! She was there every step of the way and was available to share her experience and knowledge with us when we needed it. I would highly recommend Cara for those wishing to sell or buy property!

I had no hesitation in bringing return business to Cara who is proudly and consistently passionate in her role as a real estate professional. She readily shares her astute, accurate market awareness and knowledge, ensuring that all discussions are informed and factual. Cara is forthright, honest, decisive, innovative, focused and completely transparent. Above all however, is her dedication to genuine customer centered service. Cara's commitment to open and regular communication, her availability and readiness to respond to any query, willingness to trouble-shoot and problem solve and her detailed approach to planning are outstanding. Whilst achieving excellent results, Cara maintains her awareness that people are at the heart of each market program to which she offers her undivided attention and unwavering positive energy. An exceptional and truly professional agent.

At the time I was looking for a residential property to purchase in the Brendale, Queensland area, Harcourts Solutions Albany Creek, represented by Cara Bergmann, and Emanuel Rossitto, came into the picture. I have previously spoken and dealt with a number of real estate agents showing me similar properties for sale within the same compound but majority of them were mainly interested in scoring a sale that would equate to earning a margin profit. Emanuel, in particular, definitely is a professional agent, ready to negotiate, listens to what the customer has to say, and has strong communication skills. He is always available for my requests, and promptly responds to all kinds of queries with excellent response and professional advice. The agency’s after sales support is impressive showing genuine initiative to recommend competitive proposal for the property’s administrative management. On a satisfaction scale of 1 to 9 (9 being the highest), I give them a rating of 9. I definitely would recommend Harcourts Solutions Albany Creek sales team to my friends and acquaintances.

Cara and the team were most helpful when it came to looking at the house. On time and punctual, fast on responses and paper work. Emanuel and Cara were both friendly and professional.

Cara makes the sale easy she is easy to talk to and knows the market

I knew straight away that Cara Bergman was the right agent to sell our house for us. Cara is professional and proficient while maintaining a great personal relationship with us. Cara told us from the beginning that we would be dealing directly with her and that is exactly how it has been. While she has an excellent team working with her she has always contacted us personally to keep us up to date and very well informed. Cara was honest about the price we could expect and was able to supply us with documentation on current and past activity in our area to back up her information..While we have experienced a few hiccups in the process of the sale Cara has dealt with everything very competently and very swiftly. We have always felt well supported and that the sale of our home has been a priority to her and her team. Thank you Cara and your team for everything you are doing for us with the sale of our house.

Cara was great! She kept us informed throughout the sale process, answered our 1000's of questions without delay and made us feel like "family". Selling can be a stressful time but Cara made it much easier than we thought it would be. Cara leads an amazing team - Cara S, Emmanuel and Kellie were all wonderful. Always welcoming, smiling and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for this team - they really do care! I highly recommend Cara, you won't be disappointed!
