We sold quickly for what be believed to be the true and fair value of the property. A value that was higher than the estimates and advice of other agents. We had this house on the market previously with other agents and were told the market had changed and we should accept an offer that was considerably lower than the eventual selling price. The home was our late mothers and thankfully the family decided not to go with this advice and we sought out a second opinion.
