Sam from Cara’s team made buying our first home easy. She helped us with the opportunity to buy off market and was friendly, genuine, professional and thorough in her approach. Sam & the Cara Bergmann team are very passionate and hardworking - would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thanks Sam & Cara!

Cara assisted us with selling our house and then within a week of sale, assisting us with finding a new family home. She went above and beyond to assist us and we could not be more thrilled with the result. Thank you once again Cara and team

Cara made it easy for us to sell our property with her support through her colleagues we were able to achieve a pretty good price.

Caras communication is very high! She is very professional and went above and beyond to help us find another home to achieve a simultaneous settlement. Buying and selling through Cara has been a dream. We have felt very looked after as both the seller and buyer.

Sam from Cara's team was always available and responsive to any questions that we had. Organised a private inspection for an off market listing with no notice. Even organised a sale sign so we could get the first home buyers photo. Overall great experinces and would have no issues working with in the future.

Cara and her team have been thoroughly supportive throughout the whole process of selling our house. Cara, especially, went out of her way to answer our questions, keep us informed in a timely manner and guide us in line with the market expectations. Nothing was too much. She was always available and worked so very hard in reaching our expectations. Her friendly and courteous manner helped calm our anxieties about the whole process and we would not hesitate in recommending her to help you too either buy or sell your house.

Her efforts to keep us in the loop helped alleviate any concerns or uncertainties we had along the way. Cara was able to make the selling process easy for us, and having a supportive agent made all the difference! Overall, Cara is an excellent real estate agent who provided us with amazing advice and support. If you're ever in need of an agent, I would highly recommend considering Cara and the Harcourts Team.

As a buyer's agent we recently represented our client in the purchase of a townhouse with Cara Bergmann. We had a great experience dealing with Cara on behalf of our client. She is efficient and professional and worked hard for her seller. The successful outcome was a win-win situation for everybody involved.

From the moment we contacted Cara to list our property we were impressed by her local knowledge of the area, her professionalism, and her ability to get things done. All through the sale process Cara and her team provided continual updates, clear communication and quick responses to any questions. Our house sold within 3 weeks and we would definitely recommend Cara to any future vendors.
