Agnes was excellent to work with. She obtained a much higher price than I expected and was astute enough to obtain a back-up offer in writing, which eventually became the final sale. She went out of her way to ensure the unit looked immaculate, especially as I was living nearly an hour away. She had legal advice readily available when the sale process became complicated due to a buyers default. She was always friendly and has a positive, pleasant disposition. She works very hard, apparently 24/7!

Market knowledge good. Would have preferred more regular communication regarding the interest in the property. There was a lack of communication between management and sales team Solicitor was not given the balance of deposit after commission for settlement and as yet I have no statement showing the payment to the solicitor for his fees although he says he has been paid and yes the net figure received reflects this.
