Carmen and the Harcourts team were wonderful to work with throughout the sale of our property. They were professional, supportive and kept the process moving smoothly from start to finish. I was also very grateful for the work done by the team behind the scenes who’s organisation and attention to detail made a big difference. It was a great team effort and I really appreciated the support along the way.

Carmen and her team are the ultimate professionals and have the best contacts for trades and stylists. The communication is exceptional and nothing is an issue. Thank you to the whole team once again. Helga is a gold plated resource.

I found Carmen Briggs and the people I dealt with there to be professional, courteous and very helpful, especially with providing guidance and relevant information for a first-time buyer in the Australian market. Communication was fast and effective and Troy (the agent) was always available to answer questions, liaise with the seller etc. I would use the company again and recommend it to others.

Carmen and her team were absolute professionals throughout the entire sales process. We were kept abreast of progress and provided with ample time to consider key decisions. Carmen could not have done a better job in ‘representing’ us when selling our home.

Carmen and her team were amazing to deal with! They were friendly and down to earth and answered any questions we had with exemplary market knowledge. We walked into the house, fell in love and from that point on it was our home, all due to the professionalism and speed of the negotiations. Thanks again guys, we truly can't express our gratitude enough!

When we decided to sell our house we contacted several agents. We found Carmen Briggs to be very approachable and she took the time to understand our situation and needs. She clearly explained the sales process and gave us points to consider specific to our situation rather than a broard range of general issues. After engaging Carmen and her team for the sale we were provided with advise and supported through the pre-sale period and co-ordination of the styling and photography. Once on the market, Carmen rearranged our open house times to suite the number of interested groups and arranged additional access for potential buyers. Through her marketing we had a signifficant number of interested groups and we were able to secure a contract within only a few days. The team's support continued to be provided throughout the contract period to ensure there was nothing to hinder the final settlement. We were very happy with the marketing process and the outcome of the sale. We would happily recommend Carmen Briggs and her team at Harcourts Property Centre at The Gap for your next property sale.

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Carmen Briggs when buying our home! What stood out to us especially was the level of availability and communication they gave us - they checked-in with us often throughout the process, and were flexible with viewings when we needed extra ones. Most importantly, all members of the team were very nice and approachable, even with the silliest of questions, which is not something we felt with other agents. The team are also experts in the area - they have sold properties at The Gap for over 20 years, and most of the team live in the area, which means they could answer local questions effectively and from experience. We highly recommend the Carmen Briggs team - they were professional throughout the process, from viewings to negotiations and beyond.

Selling a house is a huge undertaking for most people. Carmen and her team have made this journey absolutely seamless. They anticipated everything that needed to be done and sorted out. They are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I could not have wished for better service. I’m so grateful for their support which made the whole process easy and successful. Beyond the great service, Carmen also secured a great price for our home. Thank you to everyone at Harcourts The Gap.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home. From the very beginning, Carmen and her team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, organisation, knowledge and care. What stood out most was the genuine respect she showed for our property, every inspection, every conversation and every decision was handled as though it were her own home. Importantly, Carmen was honest with us about market conditions and buyer expectations, rather than telling us what we wanted to hear. Her commitment to achieving our target was evident throughout the campaign, and the effort Carmen invested truly paid off. We would recommend Carmen without hesitation to anyone looking for an agent who combines high performance with integrity and genuine care.

Carman, Troy and the whole team at Harcourts were an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. From the initial interview where their professionalism, many years of experience, and intimate knowledge of the area won us over as clients. As neither Rick nor myself no longer live in Brisbane we felt comfortable returning home in the knowledge that we had left the sale of our family home in the more than capable hands of Carmen and her team. Everything from the marketing strategy to the staging, the open homes and the final contract were all undertaken very professionally with regular contact via phone conversations and emails at every stage. I have no hesitation in recommending Carmen Briggs and her team at Harcourts The Gap.

The whole Carmen Briggs team were incredible. From a customised sales plan to the professionalism of the entire behind the scenes staff, it made an often stressful thing into a painless process. Troy, our salesman, was so easy to talk to, along with his local knowledge and obvious experience in finding "The Buyer" for our property. I would not hesitate in recommending anybody to them.

Upgrading from an apartment and buying our first house from the Carmen Briggs team was a pleasure. They are a very trustworthy team who have a great understanding for both the buyer and the seller and set a great example for the industry.
