Our overall experience was good except for the fact as a first time home buyer & new migrants we expected a real estate agent to guide us more in terms of additional conditions that could have been added to a Vendor statement before signing but otherwise the rest of the process was a breeze and his communication was good between us and the vendor and he played a vital role in it.
