I must start by saying I have not written a review on anything or anyone before, but felt compelled to write one about Ahmad Malas. For years Ahmad has kept in contact with our family, after we sought a market appraisal from him. Their came a time this year where we decided out of the blue to buy a new home and then hit panic buttons about selling. We interviewed a total of 4 agents and narrowed it down to 2, we went with our gut instinct after reading the reviews. Everything the reviews said we experienced. Everything Ahamd said he would do for us he did. Real estate agents, bankers and car dealers are frowned upon sometimes in our society, but I truly can say that Ahmad does not fit that typical mould of an agent. Ahmad was always punctual to our meetings and open house, he kept open lines of communication with us and he most definitely is very enthusiastic, reliable and very knowledgeable about the local market. We set a stretched target for him and he never once doubted us with what we wanted, nor did he or we doubt his ability to achieve it. Ahmad got us the result we wanted, sold it before auction and sold at a record price for our street and more importantly he sold it to some buyers who are going to respect our home the way we have for the last 20 years.
