We ended up buying the property and given the excellent experience we had as buyers we chose to go with him and the Smout team to sell the home we would be leaving. My other reflection is that Ahmad is not daunted by dealing with tricky issues that come up through the process - he helped us get on track with pre-sale trades when they fell behind, and provided strong advice on handling non-standard circumstances around offers. Overall - Ahmad always went the extra mile, was super organised, kept us well updated and was an excellent adviser and team player. I highly recommend him.
