Cindy has a deep and extensive knowledge of the Hawkesbury area, with a clear sales strategy which she shares with her clients. She constantly gives feedback on the sale progress and ultimately a great result. We would not hesitate to recommend her for her professionalism, communication skills and enthusiasm.

Great communications from start to finish. Always willing to answer my million and one questions and there for me when I stressed. Cindy was able to give advice on how to best present the house to ensure buyers found everything appealing.

Cindy and her partner Michael were a delight to work with when choosing our potential property, and had good market knowledge and a friendly attitude. Cindy was extremely flexible and made an effort to accommodate our availabilities on multiple viewings of our to-be house, and when it came time to make an offer Cindy was prompt and responsive in mediating between the vendor and ourselves. In the end, our offer was accepted and contracts signed in a quick and easy process that made buying our first home unbelievably smooth. I thank Cindy and her partner Michael for this, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any future home buyers in the North Richmond region.

A big thank you to Cindy and her team for helping us with the purchase of our new home! Nothing was too much trouble, working in with tight schedules and last minute changes! Excellent communication throughout the whole process and everyone we have dealt with has always been professional and understanding!

From the very beginning of the process Cindy gave me confidence that she would approach our sale both professionally and ethically. This combined with her extensive experience and knowledge of the Hawkesbury, as well her excellent customer service gave rise to a fantastic experience and a great outcome for both parties. It was also very evident that Cindy has done a great job sharing and replicating this across the whole team to ensure a consistent level of service at every stage of the process. So very thankful !

Cindy gave us down to earth local knowledge and advice about selling our home so our sales results were exactly what our expectations were. We received constant feedback on our property through Cindy and her team, easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with. We’re now looking to buy and have seen homes through Cindy which again we’ve been very happy with dealing with her.

My experience with Cindy was great. She sold my property at a price I was happy with and was extremely efficient negotiating the deal until we got it over the finishing line. Thankyou Cindy! Your expertise in sales was evident in my dealings with you.

Cindy & was very helpful arranging an inspection & then Megan organised another inspection at short notice. We were very happy with Cindy & Megan’s dealings with us to purchase our new property

As a "senior" first time home buyer, from day one Cindy and her team went out of their way to ensure my experience was enjoyable, not stressful. A huge thank you. With her experience and knowledge of the market, I highly recommend Cindy to everyone.

It was a pleasure to deal with Cindy during the sale of our house, she was professional, and persistent during uncertain times.

You can tell Cindy is a proud local and loves what she does. Willing to work with our schedule and very helpful to us as first home buyers.

Cindy and her team were impressive. They worked together well, each having specific roles, yet communicating every detail necessary to understand our needs and that of the buyer and so bring about the rapid and successful sale of our property.
